Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains which personal data Ordral processes, why we process it, and the rights you have. We collect what the service strictly needs — nothing more.

Data controller

SOMEJA SAS, 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. No data protection officer has been appointed; for any question about your data: contact@ordral.com.

Data we process and why

Access request

When you fill in the “Request access” form, we collect your email, company name, sales channels, estimated volume, optional message and language, plus an anti-abuse technical fingerprint (an irreversible hash of your IP address — the plain address is never stored). Purpose: handling your request and getting back to you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

User account

Your email and authentication are handled by our processor Clerk Inc.; transfers outside the European Union are governed by standard contractual clauses. Purpose: signing you in securely. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Operational data

The data you entrust to the service (orders, products, invoices) is processed solely to provide the service and hosted in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Emails

We send transactional emails (invitation, notifications) and, occasionally, product updates — each of which includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Emails are sent via OVH (France).

Cookies

The site only uses essential cookies: your language preference and the authentication session (Clerk). No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics — which is why no consent banner is shown.

Retention periods

  • Access requests: for as long as the commercial follow-up takes.
  • Account data: for the duration of the contract.
  • Documents subject to legal obligations (invoices): 10 years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

  • Access
  • Rectification
  • Erasure
  • Objection
  • Portability
  • Restriction of processing

To exercise them, write to contact@ordral.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
